Litter Heroes Wanted

Be part of our community litter picks and make a difference to your area

Sutton Hill Litter Pick on 5th March 2022 from 10am to 12pm

Communities, local groups and businesses play a vital role in keeping our local areas clean and tidy, and make them a pleasant place for people to live, work and visit.

Sutton Hill residents are joining forces, rolling up their sleeves, grabbing a litter picker and getting involved with helping to improve their local area as part of a local community ‘clean up’.

On Saturday 5th March, the first group of volunteers will do their bit to tidy up areas around Sutton Hill. This is part of a longer-running Sutton Hill Litter Pick project, organised by The Hub on the Hill, and supported by the Telford & Wrekin Council Councillors’ Pride Fund 2021, for which we were kindly nominated by Cllr Derek White.

Why not join us for the Sutton Hill Litter Pick next Monday and help us make a real difference to your local area?

All equipment and PPE will be provided, thanks to the grant funding received from the Councillors’ Pride Fund 2021, as well as free refreshments for all volunteers!
